Receptionist

We are now looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic front-line Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills and good time management to join our busy team

Duties will include:

  • Answering and managing all incoming calls
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and other guests
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and providing information to callers
  • Sales support
  • Payables invoice processing
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Key attributes we are looking for:

Excellent personal presentation

  • A positive and energetic personality
  • A fabulous phone manner and great sense of humour
  • Great customer relationship building skills
  • Hands-on administrative and clerical experience
  • Very strong keyboard and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • A clear and confident communication style
  • You will excel in accuracy, organisation and multi-tasking

The position is Hamilton based. While previous automotive industry experience would be an advantage, we’re most interested in your customer service skills and passion for dealing with people
