What is the role?

We are seeking a sales administrator, with exceptional customer service skills and good time management, to join our small but busy team.

Ideally, you will have a proven history of front-line sales experience.  While previous automotive industry experience or an interest in things automotive would be an advantage, we’re equally interested in your customer service skills and passion for dealing with people.

What we need you to do

We need someone who can do the following:

  • Manage showroom sales
  • Greet and assist walk in customers and other guests
  • Manage customer telephone enquiries
  • Undertake quoting, and processing of customer orders and sales
  • Provide admin and sales support to our Branch Manager
  • Support the wider team with general administrative support

What we need you to bring to the role

We’re looking for someone who has great customer relationship building skills and a flair and passion for sales.  If you like being part of a busy team where you can use your hands-on sales skills to contribute to the success of our business, you will fit right in.  We need you to have an absolute focus on our customers, to be positive and energetic no matter what you are doing.  And naturally, you will have a fabulous phone manner and great sense of humour!

To be successful in the role you will have good keyboard and computer skills (including Microsoft Office), good admin skills and a clear and confident communication style.
