We do not undertake consumer credit checks, and, if you are a corporate entity, this privacy policy does not apply to commercial credit checks and trade reference checks that we may undertake. If you are an unincorporated entity and apply for commercial credit, you may disclose personal information to us and we may provide your personal information to, and collect information from, a credit reporter and/or trade referees nominated by you. We will only use credit information to assess your creditworthiness. Where we disclose personal information to a credit reporter, they may retain that information and use it to provide their credit reporting services, which may include the disclosure of your personal information to third parties (including default information, if applicable).
